• All accessories and components must be included

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will respond within 1 business day with a return shipping address
3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@presetheme.com. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. In those cases, we will cover return shipping.
